Job description

  • We are seeking a part-time, hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. $100-$115 per hour.
  • The BCBA will provide direct services and oversee behavior intervention plans in home, community, and/or clinic-based settings.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and monitor progress Provide parent/caregiver training to promote skill generalization Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with ethical and professional guidelines Collaborate with families, schools, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Licensed as required by the state of Maryland and/or Washington, DC Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
