The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for clients. They are also responsible for supervising RBTs, analyzing treatment data, and providing training to parents and caregivers.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field and possess a current BCBA certification. Additionally, they must be licensed to practice in Maryland or Washington, DC.
