Additionally, you will participate in IEP meetings and maintain ongoing communication with families to ensure consistent student support.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a closely related discipline and hold a valid Oregon teaching license with a Special Education endorsement, or be eligible to secure licensure. Previous school-based experience is preferred. Strong skills in classroom management, organization, and collaboration are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive student outcomes.
