The teacher will create a safe and engaging classroom environment while implementing the L.E.A.P. Curriculum to support infant development. They are also responsible for building strong relationships with families and collaborating with center staff to maintain high standards of care.
Candidates must have at least 6 months of professional childcare or teaching experience and a high school diploma or GED. An associate degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred, along with CPR and First Aid certification.

Ensure compliance with all state licensing and safety standards.
At least 6 months of professional childcare or teaching experience (1 year preferred).
Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and infant milestones.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
