Twos Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for planning and delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum while maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment. They must also manage classroom operations, document child progress, and partner with families to support each child's individual needs.

Candidates must meet state licensing requirements for lead teachers, which typically include a high school diploma or ged and relevant experience or credentials. A degree in early childhood education or a cda credential is preferred, along with the ability to pass background clearances.
