Chicago Youth Works Coach

The coach is responsible for supporting and guiding youth participants in the chicago youth works program through recruitment, enrollment, and job readiness training. They also manage administrative tasks, including timesheet tracking, data entry, and maintaining positive relationships with partner worksites.

A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree in a related field being a plus. Candidates must have experience working with diverse youth populations and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
