Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | P/T

The bcba will oversee and guide individualized, home-Based aba programs while designing and implementing effective treatment plans. They are also responsible for supervising behavior technicians and providing hands-On training to both staff and caregivers.

Candidates must hold an active bcba certification and a new jersey lba, along with a master's degree in a related field. At least 6 months of hands-On aba experience is required to effectively manage clinical responsibilities.
