Core responsibilities
The transition specialist develops curriculum and structures to prepare students for post-Secondary education and career success. They facilitate on and off-Campus learning experiences while collaborating with community partners and school staff to support student transition goals.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in education and have at least one year of experience in an academic setting. Experience in work-Based learning or career and technology education is also required.
