Trainer

The trainer is responsible for delivering engaging classroom and media-Based training to employees to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. They also collaborate with management to identify training gaps, maintain training materials, and support the professional development of staff.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in education, human resources, communication, or a related field. Previous training experience, preferably within the healthcare or homecare sector, is required along with strong communication and organizational skills.
