Description We are seeking passionate and energetic Assistant Elementary School Teachers for the 2026-27 School Year to support our classroom educators in providing exceptional instruction and care to our students. The Assistant Teacher will work closely with lead teachers to facilitate learning activities, manage classroom dynamics, and ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all students.

include: Assist lead teachers in implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with curriculum standards and educational goals. Support the integration of technology and other instructional resources into lesson delivery and student engagement activities. Participate in professional development opportunities and team meetings to enhance skills and contribute to a collaborative learning community. Uphold school policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure the well-being and security of students and staff.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred. Knowledge of or experience in special education is a plus. Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting preferred. Knowledge of elementary education principles, instructional strategies, and child development theories. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with young children. Ability to follow directions, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Collaborate with other educational team members to provide a balanced and comprehensive educational experience. Attend faculty meetings, seek out professional development, and contribute to the overall school community. Communicate and work with parents, students, families, support staff, members of administration, and external providers to ensure a differentiated and personalized education for each child. Hebrew language a plus Salary range for this role is $35,000-$45,000, depending upon education and experience.
