Description Westchester Day School is seeking a 4th Grade Ivrit & Judaic Studies teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidate will have a passion for Jewish Education, strong curricular and pedagogical knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit.

Bachelor’s Degree in Education or in the content area of instruction. Master’s preferred. Three or more years of teaching experience is strongly preferred. Fluent Hebrew speaker with knowledge of teaching Hebrew as a second language is necessary for teaching teaching Ivrit Possess a deep understanding of the Jewish holidays, Tefillah and weekly Parsha Mastery over lesson planning and the ability to plan and teach towards clear curricular goals set by the school. Strong character and professional references. Effective communication skills, positive and collaborative growth mindset. The annualized salary for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 depending upon education and experience.
