Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The bcba will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop customized treatment plans, and supervise the implementation of these plans by registered behavior technicians. They will also provide ongoing support and education to families while maintaining high standards of clinical care.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field and possess an active bcba certification. Additionally, at least one year of experience working with individuals with autism and providing aba services to children aged 2-6 is required.
