Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The bcba will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop customized treatment plans, and supervise registered behavior technicians. They will also provide support and training to families while ensuring high standards of care and clinical documentation.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in applied behavior analysis or a related field and possess an active bcba certification. At least one year of experience working with individuals with autism and providing aba services is required.
