Building Substitute Teacher

The building substitute teacher is responsible for delivering pre-Planned lessons and maintaining a positive, safe classroom environment in the absence of regular teachers. They must also manage student attendance, grades, and ensure daily schedules are followed according to school objectives.

Candidates should ideally hold a state teacher licensure or certification, though those eligible for a temporary substitute credential may be considered. Strong communication, classroom management skills, and the ability to adapt to various grade levels are required.
