Officiate youth and teen sports games in accordance with YMCA rules and guidelines. Maintain a safe, inclusive environment while managing equipment setup and reporting needs.
Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess knowledge of the sport. First aid and CPR certifications are preferred, and the ability to respond to emergency situations is required.
Prefer knowledge of, and pervious experience with, diverse populations (language, culture, race, physical ability, sexual orientation etc.). Ability to speak any language in addition to English may be helpful.
