Employment Specialist- Full-time (47905)

The supported employment coach assists individuals with disabilities in obtaining and maintaining competitive integrated employment through job development, coaching, and ongoing support. They also manage case documentation, billing, and maintain collaborative relationships with employers and referring agencies.

Candidates must have a clean driving record and meet state background check requirements, along with relevant experience or a degree in a field such as social work, psychology, or education. Certification as a florida employment specialist is required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
