Academic Career Counselor

The academic and career counselor provides individualized guidance to youth ages 14-21 to support their transition into postsecondary education or the workforce. The role also involves facilitating group workshops and coordinating structured sports and recreational activities to foster youth engagement and life skills.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience working with youth. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required, and bilingual proficiency in english and spanish is strongly preferred.
