• What you'll do Instruction & Student Success Deliver engaging lessons using ESI-approved curriculum Lead demonstrations, lectures, hands-on training, and skills assessments Prepare students for the State Board Certification Exam Motivate students to maintain attendance and a high GPA Classroom Leadership Manage student attendance, participation, and retention Conduct monthly academic progress reviews Counsel and support students in their development and accountability Maintain a structured, positive, and professional learning environment Administration & Compliance Accurately track grades, attendance, and clock hours Enforce ESI policies, dress code, and Student Handbook standards Ensure compliance with Georgia State Board safety and sanitation regulations Maintain classroom supplies and report equipment needs Mentorship & Industry Leadership Serve as a mentor, role model, and trusted industry resource Stay current with skincare trends and industry advancements Support student placement into the spa and beauty industry

Qualifications
