As a Center-based Clinical Supervisor you will:
- Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
- Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients
- Supervise, support and nurture RBT’s and BCBA fieldwork candidates to deliver the highest standards of care
- Review session notes and data taken by the client's team in order to monitor progress and ensure fidelity of treatment implementation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
- Empower parents and caregivers through parent training to be partners in their child’s goals and achievements.
- Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours Wellness and Development Supports Propel offers:

- Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid BCBA Certification
- Applicable license to practice within Georgia -1+ years of experience as a BCBA
- Strong leadership skills
