Behavioral analyst - Board certified

The bcba is responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized support plans, and providing direct clinical intervention for individuals with developmental disabilities. They also oversee staff training, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field and possess an active bcba certification. A minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with complex behavioral needs is required.
