Youth Residential Clinician

The clinician is responsible for creating and managing a safe, positive, and therapeutic residential treatment environment aligned with organizational values. This includes overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a resident’s clinical treatment through individual, family, and group therapy as part of a collaborative treatment plan.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in social work or a closely related field, along with appropriate licenses and certifications such as lsw or lac. The role requires active participation in ongoing training, including completing tf-Cbt training, and maintaining all required clinical documentation.
