Occupational Therapist

The occupational therapist is responsible for evaluating clients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapy services for children and adults. They must maintain accurate clinical documentation, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide supervision to certified occupational therapist assistants.

Candidates must hold a bachelor of science degree in occupational therapy and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of wisconsin. The role requires physical ability to lift and transfer children, proficiency in pediatric assessment tools, and a valid driver's license.
