OhioRISE Best Practices Coach and Training Coordinator

The coordinator will facilitate training and onboarding for ohiorise employees while modeling best practices in home and community settings. They are responsible for developing training curricula, tracking employee progress, and providing ongoing coaching to ensure high-Quality care coordination.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work or a related field and possess at least 5 years of experience in case management or family systems. A valid ohio driver's license and the ability to travel to client homes are required.
