Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician provides one-On-One aba therapy to children with special needs to improve communication and social skills. They are responsible for implementing behavior plans, collecting data, and maintaining clinical documentation.

A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required for this position. Candidates must obtain or hold an rbt certification and possess knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and aba principles.
