Core responsibilities
The professional mentor will build and sustain long-Term, supportive relationships with eight elementary-Aged children to foster their resilience and academic success. They will also partner with families and teachers to provide social-Emotional support and ensure the well-Being of the youth.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a 2 or 4-Year degree or at least seven years of progressive experience working with children and families. A minimum of three years of experience working with children and a commitment to the role for at least three years are required.
