Educator I (ROPS)

The educator will deliver learning experiences, manage training programs, and coordinate onboarding activities for new hires. They will also participate in instructional design and use learning metrics to measure the impact of training initiatives.

A bachelor’s degree in communications, education, or a related field is preferred, along with effective presentation and time management skills. Proficiency in microsoft office suite and strong interpersonal communication abilities are required for this role.
