Certified Behavioral Analyst

The certified behavioral analyst will perform functional behavioral assessments and develop behavior plans tailored to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide training to staff.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field, with a preference for a master’s degree. State certification as a behavior analyst and experience working with individuals with disabilities are also required.
