Direct Support Professional

The direct support professional provides support, assistance, and supervision to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They ensure that each individual's needs and goals are met according to their plans while promoting a positive and reinforcing environment.

Candidates must complete pre-Employment background and drug screenings and possess a valid driver's license. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in the human service field are also required.
