Job Coach

The job coach provides individualized on-The-Job support to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities to promote skill development and workplace integration. They also collaborate with employers to ensure necessary accommodations and monitor client progress to ensure sustained employment success.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in social services, psychology, or a related field preferred. Applicants should possess strong problem-Solving abilities, cultural competence, and a commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities.
