TK - Instructional Aide

The instructional aide will tutor and assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts and master assignments. They are also responsible for preparing lesson materials, observing student performance, and monitoring equipment use under teacher guidance.

Candidates must have experience working with students in various group sizes and possess knowledge of elementary reading and math concepts. A bachelor's degree is highly preferred, and the role requires the ability to work with students who have learning disabilities.
