Before and After School Program Staff, North Side YMCA

The staff member will supervise children, plan and lead daily group activities, and ensure the safety and well-Being of all participants. They are also responsible for maintaining attendance records, preparing snacks, and fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and school staff.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and a strong interest in working with children. The role requires current cpr/Aed and first aid certifications, or the willingness to obtain them, along with the ability to attend all mandatory ymca training sessions.
