Summer Day Camp Counselor, Earlywine Park YMCA

The counselor will assist in supervising a safe and organized childcare program by planning and participating in group activities with children at a day camp site, requiring high energy and continuous positive interaction throughout the day. Duties include ensuring child safety, leading games, preparing snacks, taking attendance, and displaying ymca character values.

Applicants must have an interest in and like children, supporting the ymca philosophy, and must possess a high school diploma or ged and be at least 18 years old. Required certifications include current cpr, first aid, aed, and co2, with training provided if necessary, and completion of red woods online training within 30 days of hire.
