College and Career Counselor

The postsecondary match counselor provides individualized advising to juniors and seniors to guide them through college and career exploration, application processes, and financial aid. They manage a caseload of approximately 160 students, ensuring they matriculate to postsecondary programs aligned with their academic and career goals.

A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree preferred, or 5+ years of experience in college access or counseling. Candidates must demonstrate success working with historically underrepresented populations and possess strong data analysis and systems management skills.
