Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba will conduct behavioral assessments, design evidence-Based goals, and supervise registered behavior technicians to ensure high-Quality aba therapy. They are also responsible for managing data collection, parent training, and maintaining compliance with insurance standards and clinical documentation.

Candidates must be licensed as a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) and hold at least a master’s degree in aba, social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field. One year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum is preferred.
