The teacher is responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, implementing instructional strategies, and differentiating instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners. They must also maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communicate effectively with families and colleagues.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess or be eligible for a teaching certification in the instructional area. Experience in classroom management and an understanding of public school systems are highly valued.
