ABA Clinical Supervisor

The case supervisor oversees the delivery of aba therapy, manages behavior technicians, and monitors client progress through data analysis and field visits. They are also responsible for providing parent training, modifying treatment plans, and ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in aba, psychology, or a related field and possess at least two years of experience in the field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a criminal background check and health screenings are mandatory.
