Behavior Technician

Provide evidence-Based applied behavioral analysis (Aba) therapy to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder in home and community settings. Collect and document behavior and skill acquisition data while collaborating with bcbas and clinical directors to implement tailored treatment plans.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma and have access to a reliable vehicle for travel to client homes. The role requires availability during weekday afternoon and evening hours and the ability to perform physical tasks such as bending and playing on the floor.
