Behavior Technician

Provide evidence-Based applied behavioral analysis (Aba) therapy to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder in home and community settings. Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions while collaborating with bcbas and clinical directors to implement tailored treatment plans.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma and have access to a reliable vehicle for travel to client homes. The role requires availability during afternoon and evening hours and the ability to perform physical tasks such as bending and playing on the floor.
