  • JOB SUMMARY: Assists Promotions Director with all duties. SPECIFIC DUTIES: 1. Assists with creating graphics and developing overall aesthetic of the station 2. Assists with promoting the station, DJ shows, station events, and concerts via social media and/or physical media distributed on campus 3. Update website with current program information, blogs, DJ show profiles, and other elements as needed 4. Communicate with all DJs about University and FCC rules and regulations 5. Other duties and/or projects as assigned by the professional staff QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have prior experience of 1-semester minimum as part of the WDCE organization
  • Must possess problem solving and growth mindset with a positive attitude and an initiative to resolve questions or concerns
  • Must work a minimum of 2 office hours per week
  • Preferred qualification of a 1-hour (minimum) on-air show
  • Must attend all weekly Executive Board meetings and General Staff Meetings (unless previously-approved absence)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Forms and social media platforms
  • Preferred experience with Canva and WordPress
  • Strong communication and administrative skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
