Lead Elementary Teacher (Ages 6-9)

The lead teacher is responsible for delivering high-Quality montessori instruction to students aged 6-9 while fostering a safe, inclusive, and intellectually stimulating classroom environment. They must also manage student assessments, maintain comprehensive records, and collaborate effectively with families, staff, and school leadership.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and possess ami or ams montessori certification at the elementary level. Prior experience as a guide in a 6-9 montessori classroom is required, along with a demonstrated commitment to anti-Bias and anti-Racist educational practices.
