Instructional Assistant - Multigrade

The instructional assistant supports classroom teachers by implementing instructional goals, assisting with student activities, and providing administrative support. They work directly with students to reinforce skills and ensure a safe, encouraging learning environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and be working toward an associate's degree or cda credential, or meet essa requirements. The role requires the ability to work in a team, maintain student confidentiality, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
