Core responsibilities
The assistant trainer is responsible for facilitating in-Person classes such as cpr, first aid, and physical interventions while monitoring employee training completion statuses. They also manage classroom environments, troubleshoot technology issues for learners, and maintain communication with managers regarding employee progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be able to accommodate a schedule that includes evening classes and successfully pass background checks for the department of human services and motor vehicle records. Preferred qualifications include experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, prior training experience, and a college degree.
