Youth Advocate

The youth advocate will educate native youth about substance abuse disorders and provide preventative information through workshops. They will also manage referrals to appropriate facilities and maintain participant records.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with one year of work experience in a related field preferred. Knowledge of interviewing methods, social casework principles, and substance abuse assessment instruments is essential.
