- The responsibilities we will trust you with: Assist in planning and implementing dynamic curricula to ensure fun, child-centered, and age-appropriate lessons are offered.
- Cultivate a sensitive, patient childcare environment for both children and families.
- Maintain a healthy environment through light cleaning and supporting personal care routines of the children.
- Supervise each child in your care by being able to identify, SEE, HEAR, DIRECT and ASSIST, always ensuring a safe environment.
- Uphold all YMCA, State, and Quality Rating Systems policies and guidelines for overall commitment to quality in childcare.
