Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

The rbt will implement individualized aba treatment plans under the supervision of a bcba to support client skill development and behavior-Reduction goals. Responsibilities include collecting accurate session data and maintaining professional rapport with clients and their families.

Candidates should ideally hold a current rbt certification and have previous experience working with individuals with special needs. Familiarity with aba terminology, data collection, and hipaa regulations is required or preferred.
