Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will deliver one-On-One in-Home aba therapy to children while following behavior intervention plans designed by a bcba. They are responsible for collecting and recording data on client progress and participating in team meetings and supervision sessions.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience working with children, particularly in early intervention or with high-Aggression clients. An active cpr certification is required, and rbt certification is preferred.
