Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will implement individualized aba treatment plans for children and adolescents in a home setting. They will also maintain accurate data collection, provide parent training, and support behavior management strategies under the guidance of a bcba.

Candidates must be able to pass a background check and demonstrate confidence in managing challenging behaviors. The role requires the ability to work one-On-One with children and adolescents in a home environment.
