Behavior Coach

The behavior coach is responsible for implementing behavior intervention schedules, collecting and graphing student behavior data, and providing modeling and guidance to classroom staff. They also perform crisis de-Escalation procedures and assist with daily school operations like car line transitions.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience supporting student behavior in a k-5th grade classroom and proficiency in behavior management strategies. An associate degree is preferred, though a high school diploma with relevant experience and cpi certification is acceptable.
