The teacher serves as an instructional leader for a diverse classroom, implementing differentiated instruction and managing individualized education plans. They are also responsible for fostering family engagement and maintaining a safe, discovery-Based learning environment.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and a florida teaching certificate in elementary education or ese. At least 1-3 years of teaching experience is required, with preference given to those with experience in inclusive settings and project-Based learning.
