Service Coordinator, Early Intervention

The service coordinator will process referrals, conduct screenings, and coordinate assessments and meetings for children birth to three years old. They will also maintain child files and ensure the timely delivery of services in accordance with azeip policies.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in early childhood, special education, or a related field. Additionally, they must successfully complete a background clearance and obtain a level one fingerprint card.
